My Background

I spent 13 years with a successful career in IT, and then after training as a Reiki Master & Kinesiologist (2000) I discovered the Demartini Method™ and philosophies of Dr John F. Demartini in 2003 and became his first UK certified coach/teacher/facilitator (now senior).  But it was suddenly finding myself pregnant at 36, having been told at 20 that I would ‘never be able to have children’, and giving birth to my son in 2005 has been the greatest teacher of my life.  I surprised myself to find that I loved being a Mum, but soon realised how lucky I was to have had the experiences and training in my past that helped me maintain my sanity and sense of fun on those ‘tricky’ days!  My dream is to share this with Mums across the world.  Through my book (coming 2010), and coaching program I aim to empower Mums to listen the the wisdom in their hearts, improving their intuitive connection with their children and helping their families to grow strong and true.

I now live in St Albans Hertfordshire, with my son Max, husband, 2 dogs and a little girl enroute for Feb 2010.

My programs are based upon my experience, the Demartini Method™ created by Dr John F Demartini from ‘The Secret’, and the laws of how life, nature, science and human behaviour work.  I love them, because they are the deepest and quickest way I have found of transforming people’s lives, and they are based upon age old wisdom of appreciating your life and the power of Gratitude and Unconditional Love. 

For more information about the Demartini Method™ check out my ‘Dance of Life’ website.  I’ve met lots of lovely coaches for Mums in the past year, and intuitively some have come up with great ideas, but because they don’t understand the theory behind what they are doing, they are also inconsistent.  My programs are realistic, achievable, simple and based on upon these deep and ancient truths, fine tuned and focussed for the specific challenges that Mums face.

My ‘Beliefs’

I do not believe that there is a specific way that anyone ‘should’ bring up their babies, and I do not believe that there is only 1 answer for all babies.  That would make no sense to me, as adults are so different and babies are just little people.  My methods were a mixture between Dr Spock, Attachment Parenting and the Continuum concept.  But that does not mean that I think all Gina Ford/Tracey Hogg followers are the spawn of the devil!  It just means that I chose what worked for me, my baby and my particular circumstances.

I DO believe that if Mums can manage to ignore what everyone else says, their fears, their guilts, and all the ‘shoulds’ that get thrown at them, their instincts will always have the right answer for their family and situation.  But it is tricky to get the rubbish brain noise out of our heads.  The techniques in my Mummy Whisperer program will help you with that, and with getting clarity on what works for you and your baby.  Then all that remains is to follow the Fun Creation Equation!
